09.27.08Bulls add to training camp roster – Update 9/28/08The Chicago Bulls have added to their roster to fill the team for training camp, and still could add more players after they figure out Ben Gordon’s situation. The team has added former Illinois star Roger Powell, 6 foot 9 Power Forward Elton Brown and 6 foot 2 Guard Darius Washington. The Bulls still could add a veteran big man before the season begins as well. The team has recently worked out former Bull Michael Ruffin and Indiana Pacers David Harrison. The key parts of these talks involve Ben Gordon and Shawn Marion. Marion last season in 63 games with the Suns and Heat averaged 15.4 points and 10.2 rebounds per game. Yahoo! Harrington was a key member of the Bulls playoff teams in the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons. The Bulls feel Harrington could bring some much needed experience and veteran leadership to the very young squad.
